E presim pipzen ne 4 pjese. Marrim njeren pjese dhe qershine dhe vendosim pipzene nga ana e majes se qershise e shtyjme me pipze dhe berthama del me lehtesi.</li>
<li>I vendosim qershite e qeruara ne nje tenxhere te madhe dhe i mbulojme me sheqerin dhe i leme per nje kohe prej 3-4 oresh ne menyre qe qershite te forcohen dhe kur te ziejne e ruajne shume mire formen e tyre.</li>
<li>I hedhim 2 gota uje dhe i vendosim ne zjarr te ngadalshem derisa te ziejne dhe lengu te trashet pak aq sa duam ne ti leme me leng.</li>
<li>Shtrydhim limonin dhe lengun e limonit e hedhim ne tenxhere duke e trazuar, kjo ne menyre qe receli te roje me gjate ( mund ti hedhim limantosin ne vend te limonit )</li>
<li>Mbasi e heqim nga zjarri e leme te ftohet ne tenxhere dhe pastaj e hedhim ne kavanoza qelqi. I mbyllim mire me kapak.</li>

<li>Qerojme karkalecat deh i vendosim ne nje pjate dhe i marinojme me lengun e nje limoni, pak kripe dhe piper te zi.</li>
<li>Gjate kohes qe karkaleci marinohet pergatisim salcen.</li>
<li>Grijme qepen ne nje tigan, hedhim vajin e ullirit dhe i skuqim ne menyre qe te tretet qepa</li>
<li>Grijme specin imet dhe e hedhim ne tigan. Shtojme hudhren e grire holle, salcen e domates, kripe dhe piper dhe vazhdojme ti skuqim derisa te treten mire.</li>
<li>Grijme kajsite ne feta te holla, i hedhim ne tigan dhe vazhdojme ti skuqim sebashku me perberesit e tjere derisa te treten. Shtojme veren e bardhe dhe i leme mbi zjarr derisa te avulloje alkoli. Keshtu salca eshte gati.</li>
<li>Ne nje tigan tjeter hedhim 2 luge gjalp, kur te tretet gjalpi shtojme karkalecat e qeruar dhe i skuqim per rreth 5 minuta sa te marrin ngjyre te bardhe ne roze. Nuk i leme gjate sepse karkaleci forcohet.</li>
<li>I vendosim karkalecat ne nje pjatance , mbi te hedhim salcen e pregatitur , e zbukurojme me majdanoz te grire holle.</li>
